    I’m not sure what the exact traffic conditions will be, but the following website shows any construction going on. Sorry I couldn’t help more.

    Yes if you are talking about a weekday the 60 will be busy for sure and most likely the 57 too.

    10-11AM or at night is best.

    6-7AM or 12-6PM is worst.
