Discontent With Rhinomart

I wanted to write about my experience with shopping at the wholesale supplierRhinomart.com because I was discontent about what had took place. So you know, I had never acquired anything from a wholesale source before and was recommended Rhinomart by a friend who regularly buys merchandise from their store.
Rhinomart is an online wholesale source suggesting that there is no physical location for you to go to purchase your general merchandise. Everything is done online using the photos and descriptions that they provide. It’s a little like shopping on eBay.
I needed to obtain some sports equipment for some school teams that I coach, and because of the quantity I wanted to purchase I thought it would be better to acquire from a wholesale retailer. Rhinomart had all the wholesale general merchandise that I wanted and they were also in stock.
Then I placed the order for the things that I desired but there were a couple of products I was uncertain of. So I chose to call the rhinomart helpline where I spoke to one of their representatives and asked them the quandaries that I had. I might say they were wonderfully helpful. They explained the whole wholesale obtianing process to me and offered me the information I desired to know about Rhinomart. They realistically helped calm my mind.
So about a week later the order arrived at my door. But I was horrified. The box had been damaged and when I opened it up some of the goods had been damaged. I didn’t pay for postal insurance so I was sure that my money was lost. I knew I was about to become one of those individuals who are unhappy with Rhinomart.
Since I spoke to the people on the phone, I thought I would call them up just to tell them what had happened. Again, they were very cordial. In fact, they sympathized with what had happened and told me they were desiring to help out. I was very amazed by this.
All I had to do was packaged up the products and send them back, and then Rhinomart would send me new wholesale goods to replace the ones that were damaged. I surely wasn’t expecting this sort of service. Here I was, unhappy that the box had broken and my goods were damaged and Rhinomart realistically wanted to help!
I did as they said and sent everything back and a couple of weeks later the replacement merchandise arrived on my doorstep. I couldn’t have been happier! This was the top service I had gotten in a very long time. I wasn’t one of those people who were now unhappy with Rhinomart, but I found that their service was so wonderful that they had solved my conflicts. I wouldn’t normally expect this when the merchandise were so cheap, but it just goes to show that Rhinomart is a wonderful business and I will certainly be obtaining merchandise from them again in the future.
